Returns and Exchanges

Camping tents and accessories must be returned unused, clean, complete, and in their original packaging where applicable. Items that have been used outdoors, damaged through misuse, altered, washed, or returned incomplete may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item. Include your order details and clear photos or video of the parcel, product, packaging, and issue.

Refunds

Non-Returnable Cases
